Mazkur maqolada dzyudo sportida psixologik tayyorgarlikning
o‘rni va uning sportchilarning musobaqa faoliyati hamda natijalariga ta’siri ilmiy
jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy sportda yuqori natijalarga erishishda
sportchilarning nafaqat jismoniy, balki psixologik tayyorgarligi ham muhim omil
hisoblanadi. Tadqiqot davomida dzyudochilarning motivatsiyasi, stressga chidamliligi,
emotsional barqarorligi va o‘ziga bo‘lgan ishonch darajasi o‘rganildi. Shuningdek,
psixologik tayyorgarlikning sport natijalarini yaxshilashdagi ahamiyati hamda
musobaqa jarayonida sportchilarning ruhiy holatini boshqarish masalalari tahlil qilindi.
Tadqiqot natijalari dzyudochilarda psixologik tayyorgarlikni tizimli ravishda
shakllantirish sport natijadorligini oshirish va musobaqa faoliyatida barqarorlikni
ta’minlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatdi.
