Interactive learning shifts the focus from the teacher to the students. Instead of passively listening, students participate in discussions, role-plays, games, problem solving tasks, and collaborative projects. This approach increases motivation and helps learners develop confidence in using English in real-life situations.

Abstract

In today’s rapidly changing educational environment, traditional lecture-based
teaching is no longer sufficient to meet the needs of modern learners. English language
teaching, in particular, requires dynamic, student-centered approaches that encourage
communication, creativity, and critical thinking. Interactive methods have become an
essential part of effective English lessons because they actively involve students in the
learning process and create meaningful opportunities for language practice.
