Abstract

Mazkur maqolada maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalarni yozgi mavsumda 
sog‘lomlashtirishning ilmiy-pedagogik asoslari, sport o‘yinlari, chiniqtirish 
muolajalari va sog‘lom muhit yaratishning bolalar jismoniy, aqliy hamda ruhiy 
rivojlanishiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, ochiq havoda tashkil etiladigan 
harakatli o‘yinlar, quyosh, havo va suv muolajalaridan samarali foydalanish, gigiyenik 
talablarni ta’minlash, kun tartibini to‘g‘ri tashkil etish hamda sog‘lom ovqatlanishning 
ahamiyati yoritilgan.
