Mazkur maqolada o‘quv stressining psixologik xususiyatlari va
uni kamaytirishda kognitiv-xulq-atvor terapiyasi (KXAT) elementlaridan foydalanish
imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi — talaba va o‘quvchilar
orasida keng tarqalgan o‘quv stressining manbalarini aniqlash hamda KXAT asosidagi
intervensiyalar orqali stressni yengillashtirish samaradorligini baholashdir. Maqolada
kognitiv restrukturizatsiya, emotsional o‘zini boshqarish va xulqiy faollikni oshirish
kabi psixologik texnikalarning ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni
ko‘rsatadiki, KXAT elementlaridan muntazam foydalanish o‘quvchilarda ijobiy
fikrlashni shakllantiradi, o‘z-o‘zini nazorat qilish ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantiradi hamda
akademik faoliyatda motivatsiyani kuchaytiradi. Ushbu yondashuv ta’lim tizimida
stress profilaktikasi va psixologik barqarorlikni ta’minlash uchun samarali metod
sifatida tavsiya etiladi.
