Abstract

Ushbu maqola zamonaviy bank xizmatlarining raqamli platformalar orqali — 
xususan mobil bank xizmatlari orqali — rivojlanish jarayonini hamda bu jarayonning 
mijozlarning ishonchi shakllanishiga ta’sirini tahlil qiladi. Maqolada mobil bank 
xizmatlarining texnologik jihatdan kengayishi, mijozlar tajribasi, xavfsizlik, qulaylik 
kabi omillar orqali ishonch mexanizmlariga qanday ta’sir qilishi ko‘rib chiqiladi. 
Shuningdek, xizmatlardan foydalanish darajasi va mijozlarning sodiqligi orasidagi 
munosabatni ko‘rsatuvchi empirik ma’lumotlar keltiriladi.
