Mazkur maqolamizda jigar distrofiyasining sirroz patogenezidagi o‘rni
patofiziologik va patologik-anatomik nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotning
maqsadi jigar to‘qimasida yuzaga keladigan degenerativ o‘zgarishlar, temir
ortiqchaligi, oksidativ stress, hepcidin–ferroportin tizimi disbalansi hamda hujayra
o‘limining yangi mexanizmlaridan biri bo‘lgan ferroptoz jarayonining sirroz
rivojlanishiga ta’sirini ilmiy asosda yoritishdan iborat bo‘ldi. Tahlillar natijasida
aniqlanishicha, jigar distrofiyasi sirrozning erta bosqichida hujayra metabolizmi
