Abstract

 Ichak mikrobiotasi inson organizmining murakkab va dinamik 
ekotizimi bo`lib, trillionga yaqin mikroorganizmlarni o`z ichiga oladi. Ushbu 
maqolada ichak mikroflorasining tarkibi, funktsiyalari, inson salomatligiga ta`siri, 
disbakterioz sabablari va oqibatlari, shuningdek, mikrobiota modulyatsiyasining 
zamonaviy usullari chuqur tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko`rsatadiki, ichak 
mikroflorasi nafaqat ovqat hazm qilishda, balki immunitet tizimi, metabolik jarayonlar, 
asab tizimi va psixologik salomatlikda ham muhim rol o`ynaydi.
