Mazkur maqolada mamlakatning tashqi investitsiya salohiyati, uni
shakllantiruvchi omillar hamda investitsion muhitning jozibadorligi ilmiy asosda tahlil
qilingan. Tashqi investitsiyalarni jalb etish jarayoniga ta’sir qiluvchi iqtisodiy,
institutsional va huquqiy omillar batafsil yoritilgan. Shuningdek, global investitsiya
tendensiyalari, transmilliy korporatsiyalarning faoliyati va ularning iqtisodiy
rivojlanishga qo‘shayotgan hissasi empirik misollar asosida ko‘rib chiqiladi.
O‘zbekistonning tashqi investitsiya salohiyati, mavjud imkoniyatlari va strategik
ustuvor yo‘nalishlar tahlil qilinib, investitsion jozibadorlikni oshirish bo‘yicha takliflar
ishlab chiqilgan.
