Bolalarda havo yo‘llarining obstruktiv kasalliklari nafas
yo‘llarining torayishi va to‘siqqa uchrashi bilan tavsiflanadi, bu esa o‘pka
funksiyasining buzilishiga va kislorod yetishmovchiligiga olib keladi. Ushbu
kasalliklar orasida bronxit, bronxiolit, astma va boshqa obstruktiv patologiyalar
alohida o‘rin tutadi. Bolalarda obstruksiya tez-tez yuqumli va allergik omillar
natijasida yuzaga keladi, shuningdek, anatomik va irsiy omillar ham ahamiyatga ega.
Maqolada kasalliklarning patogenezisi, klinik belgilar, tashxis usullari, davolash
yondashuvlari va profilaktika choralari batafsil yoritiladi. Shuningdek, obstruktiv
kasalliklar bolalarning umumiy rivojlanishiga va hayot sifatiga ta’siri ham ko‘rib
chiqiladi. Havo yo‘llari obstruksiyasini erta aniqlash va samarali davolash bolaning
