Abstract

Sifat boshqaruvi zamonaviy menejmentda muhim o‘rin egallaydi va uning 
asosiy tamoyillari yillar davomida evolyutsiyalashgan. Klassik yondashuvlardan farqli 
o‘laroq, bugungi kunda sifat — bu nafaqat yakuniy mahsulotga, balki butun 
jarayonlarga ham tegishli tushunchadir. ISO tashkiloti tomonidan aniqlangan 8 asosiy 
tamoyil, jumladan, mijozga yo‘naltirilganlik, liderlik, xodimlar ishtiroki, jarayonli 
yondashuv, tizimli boshqaruv, doimiy takomillashtirish, dalillarga asoslangan 
yondashuv va manfaatdor tomonlar bilan o‘zaro munosabatlar, sifat boshqaruvining 
universal asosi sifatida qabul qilinmoqda. Bu tamoyillar korxonada sifat madaniyatini 
shakllantirishga xizmat qiladi. Bugungi kunda sifatlilik nafaqat texnik yoki obyektiv 
ko‘rsatkichlar bilan, balki iste’molchi qoniqishi (subyektiv) bilan ham baholanadi. Shu 
sababli, mahsulot sifatidan tashqari, jarayon sifati ham ustuvor ahamiyat kasb etadi. 
Mamlakatda o‘tkazilgan tadqiqotlarga ko‘ra, korxonalar orasida sifat tamoyillarini 
joriy qilganlar 30–40% tezroq raqobatbardoshlikka erishgan.
