Surunkali kasalliklarning oldini olishda jismoniy faollikning
ahamiyati bugungi kunda sog‘liqni saqlash sohasida eng muhim mavzulardan biridir.
Surunkali kasalliklar, jumladan yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari, gipertenziya, diabet va
ortiqcha vazn kabi holatlar, odamlarning hayot sifati va umr ko‘rish davomiyligiga
salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Ilmiy tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, muntazam jismoniy
mashqlar yurak va qon tomir tizimini mustahkamlash, insulin sezgirligini oshirish,
vaznni nazorat qilish va psixologik holatni yaxshilashga yordam beradi. Shu bilan
birga, jismoniy faollik surunkali kasalliklar rivojlanish xavfini sezilarli darajada
kamaytiradi va ularni oldini olishda samarali profilaktik vosita sifatida xizmat qiladi.
Annotatsiyada jismoniy faollikning turli turlari (yurish, yugurish, suzish, kuch
mashqlari) va ularning salomatlikka foydalari haqida qisqacha ma’lumot berilgan,
shuningdek, sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirish orqali surunkali kasalliklarni oldini
olishning muhimligi ta’kidlangan.
