This article explores innovative methods and didactic approaches for teaching the topic of the Constitution to primary school students. Considering the psychological characteristics of 6–10-year-old children, the study identifies effective techniques for presenting human rights, freedoms, and constitutional principles in a simple, engaging manner. The findings emphasize the importance of developing legal awareness from early schooling.

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada boshlang‘ich sinf o‘quvchilariga Konstitutsiya mavzusini 
o‘qitishda qo‘llanilishi mumkin bo‘lgan innovatsion metodlar, didaktik yondashuvlar 
va interaktiv texnikalar ilmiy asosda tahlil qilinadi. 6–10 yoshli bolalarning psixologik 
xususiyatlari hisobga olingan holda, ularga inson huquqlari, erkinliklar va 
Konstitutsiya tushunchalarini sodda, qiziqarli va tushunarli shaklda yetkazishning 
samarali usullari ishlab chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari boshlang‘ich ta’limda huquqiy 
madaniyatni shakllantirishning erta bosqichdan boshlanishi zarurligini asoslab beradi.
