Ushbu maqolada classroom management (dars boshqaruvi)
tushunchasining zamonaviy pedagogikadagi mazmuni, uning nazariy asoslari va ta’lim
jarayonidagi funksional roli tahlil qilinadi. Dars boshqaruvi an’anaviy “tartibni
saqlash” mexanizmidan farqli ravishda, ta’lim maqsadlari, o‘quvchi faoliyati, ijtimoiy
psixologik muhit, vaqt resurslari va didaktik jarayonlar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlikni
boshqarishga qaratilgan murakkab pedagogik tizim sifatida yoritiladi. Maqolada
classroom managementning tashkiliy-fazoviy, ijtimoiy-psixologik, didaktik-metodik,
kommunikativ va vaqt-menejerlik komponentlari integrativ yondashuv asosida ochib
beriladi.
