Konchilik sanoatida suv chiqarish qurilmalari uzluksiz ishlashi sababli yuqori
elektr energiya sarfi bilan tavsiflanadi. Ushbu qurilmalarda energiya samaradorligining
pasayishi asosan suv so‘rish tizimidagi filtrlarning bitishi natijasida gidravlik
qarshilikning ortishi hamda elektr yuritmaning ish rejimini yuklamaga mos holda
boshqarilmasligi bilan bog‘liq. Mazkur tadqiqotda suv chiqarish qurilmalarining
energiya samaradorligini oshirish maqsadida suv so‘rish tizimi uchun avtomatik
tozalanadigan filtr konstruksiyasi va elektr yuritmaning tezligi hamda reaktiv quvvatini
optimal boshqarish sxemasi ishlab chiqildi. Eksperimental tadqiqotlar natijasida
filtrning har 1 % bitishi nasos unumdorligini 0,7 % ga kamaytirishi va elektr energiya
sarfini 0,4 % ga oshirishi aniqlandi. Taklif etilgan texnik yechimlarni kompleks
qo‘llash suv chiqarish qurilmasining ish rejimini barqarorlashtirish va elektr energiya
sarfini sezilarli darajada kamaytirish imkonini beradi.
