KONCHILIK SANOATIDA QO‘LLANILADIGAN SUV CHIQARISH QURILMALARI ISHINING MATEMATIK MODELINI ISHLAB CHIQISH

Mazkur maqolada konchilik sanoatida qo‘llaniladigan suv chiqarish
qurilmalarining ish jarayonini tavsiflovchi matematik model ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot
obyekti sifatida markazdan qochma nasos, quvur tarmog‘i, suv yig‘iladigan sump va
asinxron elektr yuritmadan iborat suv chiqarish tizimi tanlangan. Model gidravlik
yo‘qotishlar, statik balandlik, suv sarfi va nasos aylanish tezligi o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro
bog‘liqlikni energiya balansi, massani saqlanish va impuls saqlanish qonunlari asosida
ifodalaydi. Nasos xarakteristikasi affinlik qonunlari yordamida umumlashtirilgan
holda kiritilib, quvur tarmog‘idagi turbulent oqim sharoiti hisobga olingan. Taklif
etilgan matematik model suv sathi dinamikasini, o‘tish jarayonlarini hamda tezlikni
boshqarish rejimlarida energiya sarfining o‘zgarishini tahlil qilish imkonini beradi.
Olingan natijalar suv chiqarish qurilmalarini avtomatlashtirish, energiya
samaradorligini oshirish va optimal boshqaruv algoritmlarini ishlab chiqishda nazariy
asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
