Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqola O‘zbekistonning iqtisodiy, ijtimoiy va sog‘liq
sharoitlarida shakarsiz (zero sugar) ichimliklarning, masalan, Coca-Cola Zero va Pepsi
Zero kabi mahsulotlarning foydalari va zararlarini tahlil qiladi. Shakarli ichimliklar
(sugar-sweetened beverages, SSBs) bilan solishtirib, so‘nggi ilmiy tadqiqotlar asosida
baho beriladi. Maqola 2022-2025 yillardagi chet el tadqiqotlari, shu jumladan JAMA,
Nature, American Diabetes Association (ADA) va boshqa nufuzli manbalarga
asoslanadi. O‘zbekistonda semirish (10,3% ayollar, 7,8% erkaklar) va 2-toifa diabet
(13,2% aholi) ko‘rsatkichlari yuqori bo‘lib, 2024 yildagi shakarli ichimliklarga soliq
joriy etilishi zero sugar mahsulotlar talabini oshirdi. Xususan, diabet kasallangan
bemorlar uchun zero sugar ichimliklar alternativa sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi, ammo
ma’lum miqdorda (moderate) iste’mol qilganda foydalari va xavflari muvozanatli
baholanadi. Maqsad – muvozanatli tahlil orqali aholiga maslahatlar va takliflar berish.
