Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqola stressga chidamlilikni oshirish va ruhiy
barqarorlikni rivojlantirishda psixologik treninglarning samaradorligini tahlil qiladi.
Tadqiqotda turli psixologik trening metodlari, ularning samaradorligi va o‘quvchilar,
talabalar hamda ishchi xodimlar orasida qo‘llanilishi o‘rganildi. Shuningdek, stressga
chidamlilikni shakllantirishdagi innovatsion yondashuvlar ham ko‘rib chiqildi. Maqola
psixologik treninglarning nafaqat individual, balki jamoaviy salomatlikni oshirishdagi
