ANNOTATSIYA: Ushbu maqolada Germaniya Federativ Respublikasida
bolalarning huquqiy vakolatlari, ularning huquqiy himoyasi, davlat va jamiyat
tomonidan qo‘llab-quvvatlanish mexanizmlari hamda xalqaro huquqiy normalar bilan
uyg‘unligi tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada Germaniya qonunchiligi misolida bolalar
huquqlarining amaliy tatbiqi yoritilgan.
