Abstract

Annotatsiya:  Rahbarlikda  ayollarning  ustunligini  tobora  ko'proq 
ta'kidlamoqdalar,  bunda  ayollar  zamonaviy  sharoitlarda  samarali  bo'lgan  uslubda 
erkaklarga qaraganda ko'proq rahbarlik qilishadi. Ushbu da'volarni tahlil qilishimizni 
Venchioning  tahlili  bilan  taqqoslab,  biz  ayollarning  odatiy  rahbarlik  uslubida  ba'zi 
afzalliklarga  ega  ekanligini,  ammo  ularning  rahbar  sifatidagi  vakolatlarini,  ayniqsa 
erkaklarga xos tashkiliy sharoitlarda, noto'g'ri baholash natijasida ba'zi kamchiliklarga 
duch kelayotganini ko'rsatamiz. Shunga qaramay, ko'proq ayollar barcha darajalarda, 
jumladan, elita rahbarlik lavozimlarida ham yetakchilik lavozimlariga ko'tarilmoqda. 
Biz  bu  yuksalishning  sabablarini  keltiramiz  va  tashkilotlar  ayollarni  asosiy
