Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada talabalarda emotsional kompetentlikni
rivojlantirishning psixologik asoslari va uning ijtimoiy moslashuv jarayoniga ta’siri
tahlil qilinadi. Emotsional kompetentlik — shaxsning o‘z va boshqalar hissiyotlarini
to‘g‘ri idrok etish, baholash, boshqarish va konstruktiv yo‘naltirish qobiliyatidir.
Mazkur maqolada xorijiy va o‘zbek olimlarining ilmiy qarashlari asosida emotsional
kompetentlikning ijtimoiy muhitga moslashuvdagi ahamiyati yoritilgan hamda uni
rivojlantirish yo‘llari asoslab berilgan.
