Abstract

Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqola temir tanqisligi anemiyasida (TTA) gematologik 
va biokimyoviy ko‘rsatkichlarning diagnostik va monitoring ahamiyatini o‘rganishga 
qaratilgan.  Tadqiqotda  Hb,  Hct,  RBC,  MCV,  MCH  kabi  gematologik  parametrlar 
hamda  serum  temir  (Fe),  ferritin,  transferin  va  transferin  saturatsiyasi  (TS)  kabi 
biokimyoviy  ko‘rsatkichlar  tahlil  qilinadi.  Mazkur  ko‘rsatkichlarning 
integratsiyalashgan  yondashuv  asosida  baholanishi  TTA  ni  dastlabki  bosqichda 
aniqlash,  davolash  strategiyasini  individualizatsiya  qilish  va  bemorlarning  klinik 
natijalarini yaxshilash imkonini beradi. Shuningdek, maqolada zamonaviy laborator 
diagnostika  metodlari,  davolash  va  monitoring  yondashuvlari,  shuningdek  amaliy 
tavsiyalar ham ko‘rib chiqilgan.
