TO‘QIMACHILIK MATERIALLARINI BO‘YASH TEXNOLOGIYALARINI BIOPOLIMER ISHTIROKIDA JADALLASHTIRISH

Аnnotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada paxta tolali mato namunalarini faol boʼyovchi
moddalar bilan boʼyash jarayonlarida bo’yashdan oldin tolani modifikatsiyalash
maqsadida modifikator sifatida ”Bombyx mori” biopolimerini qoʼllash imkoniyatlari
oʼrganilgan. Natijalarda intensivlik va toʼyinganlikning yuqori qiymatlariga ega
boʼlgan ranglarni olish mumkinligi aniqlangan. Spektrokolorimetrik va fizik-kimyoviy
tahlillar natijasi boʼyicha biopolimer ishtirokida sellyuloza tolali matolarni faol
boʼyovchi moddalar bilan boʼyash samaradorligini oshirish imkoniyati koʼrsatilgan.
Tadqiqotlar boʼyicha boʼyashdan oldin 2%li biopolimer bilan ishlov berib, rang
intensivligini 63%-ga oshirish va boʼyovchi modda sarfini kamaytirish imkoniyati
koʼrsatilgan. Fizik-kimyoviy va fizik-mexanik tahlillar asosida tola, boʼyovchi modda
va biopolimerning oʼzaro molekulalararo va kimyoviy bogʼlanishlarni hosil qilishi
mumkinligi xulosa qilingan.
