Annotatsiya: Mazkur maqola ayollar bandligining zamonaviy mehnat
bozoridagi o‘rni, global va mahalliy miqyosdagi tendensiyalari, gender tengligi va
iqtisodiy faollik darajasi bilan bog‘liq masalalarni tahlil qiladi. Unda O‘zbekiston
sharoitida ayollarni ish bilan ta’minlash, ularning kasbiy malakasini oshirish, raqamli
ish imkoniyatlaridan foydalanish hamda davlat tomonidan ko‘rsatilayotgan qo‘llab-
quvvatlash mexanizmlari yoritilgan. Xalqaro va milliy statistik ma’lumotlarga
tayangan holda ayollar bandligi bilan bog‘liq kuchli va zaif tomonlar aniqlanadi hamda
istiqbolli takliflar ishlab chiqiladi.
