Abstract

ANNOTATSIYA 
Ushbu maqolada iqtisodiyotning transformatsiya sharoitida turistik korxonalar 
boshqaruv  samaradorligiga  ta’sir  etuvchi  ichki  va  tashqi  omillarning  ekonometrik 
tahlili  amalga  oshirilgan.  Tadqiqotning  maqsadi  turistik  korxonalar  boshqaruv 
samaradorligini  belgilovchi  asosiy  omillarni  aniqlash  va  ularning  ta’sir  darajasini 
miqdoriy  baholashdan  iborat.  Tadqiqotda  O’zbekistonning  85  ta  turistik  korxonasi 
ma’lumotlari  asosida  ko’p  omilli  regressiya  tahlili,  korrelyatsiya  tahlili  va  panel 
ma’lumotlar  modeli  qo’llanilgan.  Natijalar  shuni  ko’rsatdiki,  ichki  omillardan 
xodimlar malakasi (β=0.387), raqamli texnologiyalar darajasi (β=0.312) va moliyaviy 
resurslar  hajmi  (β=0.258)  eng  kuchli  ta’sir  ko’rsatgan.  Tashqi  omillardan  esa 
makroiqtisodiy barqarorlik (β=0.341), davlat qo’llab-quvvatlash siyosati (β=0.289) va 
infratuzilma  rivojlanganligi  (β=0.267)  muhim  ahamiyatga  ega  ekanligi  aniqlangan. 
Tadqiqot natijalari turistik korxonalar boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan 
ilmiy va amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqish uchun asos bo’lib xizmat qiladi.
