Abstract

 
ANNOTATSIYA. Mazkur tadqiqotda tabiiy kvars qumlaridan yuqori tozalikka 
ega  kremniy  olish  jarayoni  aluminotermik  qaytarish  usuli  asosida  o‘rganilgan. 
Xomashyoning  dastlabki  fizik-kimyoviy  tavsifi  aniqlanib,  aralashmalardan  tozalash 
bosqichlari takomillashtirilgan. Qaytarish jarayonining termodinamik asoslari hamda 
harorat  va  vaqt  parametrlarining  kremniy  hosil  bo‘lishiga  ta‘siri  tahlil  qilinib  va 
reaksiya natijasida hosil bo‘lgan mahsulotning fazaviy tarkibi rentgen difraksion tahlil 
(XRD),  mikrostrukturasi  esa  skanerlovchi  elektron  mikroskopiya  (SEM)  usullari 
yordamida baholangan.Olingan natijalar aluminotermik qaytarish usuli nisbatan past 
harorat sharoitida yuqori tozalikdagi kremniy olish imkonini berishini hamda jarayon 
parametrlarini  takomilllashtirish  hamda  mahsulot  sifatini  oshirishda  muhim  omil 
ekanligini ko‘rsatmoqda.
