Annotatsiya Mazkur maqolada rivojlangan davlatlar bank tizimida kadrlar
siyosatining o‘ziga xos jihatlari hamda inson resurslarini boshqarish (HRM)
amaliyotlarining xodimlar samaradorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Xususan, “Eski
Yevropa” va “Yangi Yevropa” mamlakatlari misolida xorijiy banklar ulushi va kadrlar
siyosati o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, HRM
amaliyotlari xodimlarning ish qoniqishi va tashkilotga sodiqligini oshirish orqali
banklar faoliyati samaradorligini ta’minlaydi. Shuningdek, rivojlangan davlatlar
tajribasini O‘zbekiston bank tizimida qo‘llash imkoniyatlari asoslab berilgan.
