Abstract

Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada sport takomillashuv bosqichida qisqa masofaga 
yuguruvchilarning mashg‘ulot yuklamalarini individuallashtirish masalasi o‘rganilgan. 
Zamonaviy sprint tayyorgarligi jarayonida sportchilarning fiziologik, morfologik va 
funksional  xususiyatlaridagi  individual  farqlarni  hisobga  olish  mashg‘ulot 
samaradorligini oshirishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi qisqa 
masofaga yuguruvchilarda mashg‘ulot yuklamalarini individuallashtirish orqali tezlik 
va maxsus chidamlilik ko‘rsatkichlarini oshirish imkoniyatlarini aniqlashdan iborat. 
Tadqiqot  jarayonida  pedagogik  kuzatish,  pedagogik  tajriba,  test  sinovlari  va 
matematik-statistik tahlil metodlaridan foydalanildi. Tajriba davomida sprinterlarning 
tezlik  imkoniyatlari,  texnik  ko‘rsatkichlari  va  funksional  tayyorgarligi  asosida 
mashg‘ulot yuklamalarini individuallashtirish modeli ishlab chiqildi. Natijalar shuni 
ko‘rsatdiki,  individual  yondashuv  asosida  tashkil  etilgan  mashg‘ulot  jarayoni 
sportchilarning  tezlik  va  tezlik  chidamliligi  ko‘rsatkichlarini  sezilarli  darajada 
oshirishga xizmat qiladi. Olingan natijalar qisqa masofaga yuguruvchilarni tayyorlash 
jarayonini takomillashtirishda samarali qo‘llanishi mumkin.
