Abstract

Annotatsiya 
Mentorlikni  tajribali  hamkasb  (ustoz)  va  tajribasi  kamroq  hamkasb  (shogird) 
o‘rtasidagi  bir  tomonlama  munosabat  sifatida  ta’riflash  mumkin,  bunda  mentor 
shogirdning  shaxsiy  va  kasbiy  o‘sishi  uchun  yo‘l-yo‘riq,  maslahat  va  qo‘llab-
quvvatlashni taklif qiladi. Odatda ma’lum bir sohada ko‘proq tajribaga ega bo‘lgan 
ustoz  shogirdga  qimmatli  bilim  va  tushunchalar  beradi,  shu  bilan  shogirdning 
kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishga yordam beradi. Mentorlik kasbiy rivojlanishning 
muhim  vositasidir,  chunki  u  qimmatli  ko‘nikmalarni  egallash,  martaba  o‘sishi  va 
shaxsiy  rivojlanish  kabi  bir  qator  afzalliklarni  taqdim  etadi.  Shu  nuqtai  nazardan, 
mentorlik nafaqat talaba ta’limining ilmiyyoki texnik jihatlarini qo‘llab-quvvatlashini, 
balki  yetakchilik,  hissiy  intellekt  va  muloqot  qobiliyatlari  kabi  muhim  yumshoq 
ko‘nikmalarni ham rivojlantirishini ta’kidlash lozim. Ushbu kompetensiyalar bugungi 
tez o‘zgaruvchan kasbiy muhitda tobora muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda.
