Abstract

Annotatsiya.  Mazkur  maqolada  zamonaviy  ta’lim  tizimining  muhim 
yo‘nalishlaridan  biri  hisoblangan  4K  ko‘nikmalari  —  kritik  fikrlash,  kreativlik, 
kommunikatsiya  va  kollaboratsiyani  rivojlantirish  masalalari  yoritilgan.  Turli 
davlatlar,  jumladan  AQSh,  Finlyandiya,  Janubiy  Koreya,  Singapur  va  Yevropa 
mamlakatlari tajribasi tahlil qilinib, ushbu ko‘nikmalarni shakllantirishning samarali 
usullari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonda ta’lim tizimini modernizatsiya 
qilish jarayonida 4K ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha olib borilayotgan islohotlar 
ham  yoritilgan.  Tadqiqot  natijalari  asosida  ta’lim  jarayoniga  innovatsion 
yondashuvlarni joriy etishning ahamiyati asoslab berilgan.
