ANNOTATSIYA
Mazkur mavzuda stress tushunchasi, uning kelib chiqish sabablari hamda
stressni boshqarishning zamonaviy psixologik modeli yoritiladi. Shuningdek,
shaxsning emotsional barqarorligini ta’minlash va stressli vaziyatlarga moslashish
usullari tahlil qilinadi.
