ANNOTATSIYA:Mazkur materialda pedagoglar orasida uchraydigan kasbiy
va hissiy so‘nish (burnout) holati, uning kelib chiqish sabablari hamda stressga
bardoshlilikni oshirish yo‘llari yoritilgan. Zamonaviy ta’lim jarayonida
o‘qituvchilarning doimiy ruhiy va emotsional zo‘riqishi ularning ish samaradorligi va
psixologik holatiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin. Shuning uchun stressni
boshqarish, emotsional barqarorlikni saqlash va kasbiy motivatsiyani mustahkamlash
bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar berilgan. Mazkur tavsiyalar pedagoglarning ruhiy
salomatligini mustahkamlash va kasbiy faoliyat samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat
qiladi.
