Abstract

Annotatsiya 
Maqsad:  19–21  yoshdagi  yoshlar  orasida  to‘rt  xil  turdagi  manual  tish 
cho‘tkalarining tish karashlarini tozalash samaradorligini baholash. 
Material  va  metodlar:  120  nafar  ishtirokchi  4  guruhga  taqsimlanib,  1,3,6  oy 
davomida  (jami  10  oylik  dinamikada)  kuzatildi.  Baholash  mezoni  sifatida  Grin-
Vermillion  indeksi  qo‘llanildi.  Klinik  tekshiruvlar  boshlang‘ich,  oraliq  va  yakuniy 
bosqichlarda o‘tkazildi. 
Natijalar:  Kuzatuv  davomida  barcha  guruhlarda  og‘iz  gigiyenasi 
ko‘rsatkichlarining turlicha  dinamikasi qayd etildi, biroq karash kamayishi va milk 
yallig‘lanish  darajasining  pasayishi  turli  konstruksiyadagi  cho‘tkalarda  bir  xil 
bo‘lmadi. indekslar bo‘yicha yuqoriroq natijalar ko‘rsatdi. 
Xulosa: Manual tish cho‘tkalarining konstruksion xususiyatlari ularning klinik 
samaradorligiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Olingan natijalar yoshlar uchun optimal tish 
cho‘tkasini  tanlash  va  individual  gigiyena  tavsiyalarini  ishlab  chiqishda  amaliy 
ahamiyatga ega.
