Annotatsiya. Zamonaviy oziq-ovqat sanoatida meva sharbatlarini ishlab
chiqarish jarayonida hosil bo'ladigan chiqindilar ekologik muammo sifatida emas,
balki qo'shimcha qiymatli biokimyoviy moddalar manbai sifatida qaralmoqda. Ushbu
maqola anor (Punica granatum L.) sharbatini ishlab chiqarish natijasida hosil
bo'ladigan po'misa va qobiq chiqindilarining tarkibiy xususiyatlari, ulardan bioaktiv
moddalarni ekstraktsiya qilishning zamonaviy yashil texnologiyalari, shuningdek,
ularni oziq-ovqat, kosmetika va farmatsevtika sanoatlarida qo'llash istiqbollari haqida
tahliliy sharh beradi. Anor sharbatini ishlab chiqarishda meva og'irligining 50% ga
yaqini chiqindi ko'rinishida qoladi va bu chiqindilar polifenollar, ellagitaninlar, pektin,
oziq tolalari, organik kislotalar va o'simlik moylari bilan boy. Oxirgi yillarda
ultratovush yordamida ekstraktsiya (UAE), ferment yordamida ekstraktsiya (EAE) va
ularning kombinatsiyasi (UAEE) kabi yashil texnologiyalar anor qobig'idan bioaktiv
moddalarni olishda yuqori samaradorlik ko'rsatdi. Integratsiyalashgan biorefinery
yondashuvi chiqindilarni oziq-ovqat ingredientlari, bioplastmassalar, kosmetik
formulalar va farmatsevtik preparatlar ko'rinishida qayta ishlash imkoniyatini beradi.
Shuningdek, anor chiqindisidan olingan pektin va fenol ekstraktlaridan yeyiladigan
qoplamalar tayyorlash orqali meva va sabzavotlarni saqlash muddatini uzaytirish ham
ko'rib chiqildi. Maqolada anor sharbatini ishlab chiqarish chiqindisini qayta
ishlashning nazariy asoslari, amaliyotga tatbiq etishning samaradorligi va aylanma
iqtisodiyot (circular economy) tamoyillariga mosligi haqida xulosa qilinadi.
