Abstract

 
ANNOTATSIYA 
Mazkur  maqolada  yengil  sanoat  korxonalarida  xavfsizlik  madaniyatini 
shakllantirish va rivojlantirish masalalari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Yengil sanoat 
tarmoqlarida ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarining inson omiliga yuqori darajada bog‘liqligi 
xavfsizlik madaniyatini tizimli rivojlantirish zaruratini yuzaga keltiradi. Tadqiqotda 
xavfsizlik  madaniyati  va  xavfsizlik  iqlimi  o‘rtasidagi  o‘zaro  bog‘liqlik  hamda 
rahbariyat  va  xodimlar  ishtirokining  ahamiyati  yoritilgan.  Shuningdek,  mehnat 
muhofazasi  tizimini  takomillashtirish,  xavf-xatarlarni  baholash  va  ergonomik 
sharoitlarni  yaxshilash  masalalari  ko‘rib  chiqilgan.  Ilmiy  adabiyotlar  tahlili  kuchli 
xavfsizlik madaniyati ishlab chiqarishdagi baxtsiz hodisalarni kamaytirishga xizmat 
qilishini ko‘rsatadi. Natijada, xavfsizlik madaniyatini rivojlantirish barqaror va xavfsiz 
mehnat muhitini yaratishning muhim omili ekanligi asoslangan.
