SERVIKAL EROZIYADA ZAMONAVIY DAVOLASH USULLARINING SAMARADORLIGINI TAHLIL QILISH

Abstract

 
Annotatsiya. Servikal eroziya (ektopiya) reproduktiv yoshdagi ayollar orasida 
eng  ko‘p  uchraydigan  ginekologik  patologiyalardan  biri  hisoblanadi.  Kasallikni 
davolashda  qo‘llanilib  kelinayotgan  an’anaviy  usullar  (elektrokoagulyatsiya, 
krioterapiya)  ko‘p  hollarda  to‘qimalarning  chuqur  shikastlanishi,  chandiqlanishi  va 
relaps kabi asoratlarga olib kelishi sababli, davolashning zamonaviy, to‘qima saqlovchi 
va  xavfsiz  usullarini  amaliyotga  keng  joriy  etish  dolzarb  masala  bo‘lib  qolmoqda. 
Ushbu  maqolaning  maqsadi  servikal  patologiyalarni  davolashda  qo‘llaniladigan 
an’anaviy usullar hamda zamonaviy minimal invaziv texnologiyalar (radio to‘lqinli 
terapiya,  CO₂  lazer  vaporizatsiyasi,  fotodinamik  terapiya)  va  sun’iy  intellekt  (AI) 
asosidagi  diagnostika  tizimlarining  klinik  samaradorligini  qiyosiy  tahlil  qilishdan 
iborat. Tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, an’anaviy usullarning bitish darajasi o‘rtacha 75–80 
% ni tashkil etib, asoratlar xavfi 15–22 % gacha yetadi. Bunga mukobil ravishda, radio 
to‘lqinli terapiya epiteliyning to‘liq tiklanishini 93–98 % gacha ta’minlab, asoratlarni 
5 % dan pastga tushiradi. Lazer vaporizatsiyasi yuqori aniqlikdagi to‘qima saqlovchi 
ta’sirni  ta’minlasa,  fotodinamik  terapiya  (PDT)  HPV  infeksiyasini  eliminatsiya 
qilishda 90–97 % samaradorlik ko‘rsatadi. Bundan tashqari, kolposkopiya amaliyotiga 
sun’iy  intellekt  (AI)  algoritmlarining  integratsiya  qilinishi  patologik  o‘choqlarni 
aniqlash aniqligini 95 % dan yuqoriga ko‘tarib, keraksiz invaziv biopsiyalar sonini 
sezilarli  darajada  kamaytiradi.  Servikal  eroziyani  davolashda  zamonaviy  minimal 
invaziv muolajalar va raqamli diagnostika usullari an’anaviy yondashuvlarga nisbatan 
yuqori  klinik  samaradorlikka  va  xavfsizlikka  ega.  Ular  ayollarning  reproduktiv 
funksiyasini to‘la saqlab qolish imkonini beradi. Birlamchi xarajatlarning yuqoriligiga 
qaramay,  uzoq  muddatli  istiqbolda  asoratlarning  kamayishi  ushbu  texnologiyalarni 
milliy  ginekologik  skrining  va  davolash  dasturlariga  kiritish  iqtisodiy  jihatdan  eng 
maqsadga muvofiq ekanligini tasdiqlaydi.
