ANNOTATSIYA
Ushbu maqolada qizamiq kasalligining global tarqalishiga emlash qamrovi va
ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy omillarning ta'siri zamonaviy ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida keng
qamrovli tahlil qilindi. Dunyo mintaqalari — Afrika, Janubiy Osiyo, Amerika,
Yevropa, MDH mamlakatlari va O'zbekiston — bo'yicha epidemiologik ko'rsatkichlar
qiyosiy ko'rib chiqilib, kasallikning qayta avj olishi yoki kamayishiga olib keluvchi
asosiy omillar izohlandi. Emlash qamrovining pasayishi, vaksinaga ishonchsizlik,
COVID-19 pandemiyasi ta'siri va ijtimoiy-demografik xavf omillarining qizamiq
tarqalishidagi roli baholandi. Maqola yakunida qizamiqni bartaraf etishga qaratilgan
milliy va xalqaro strategiyalarning samaradorligi haqida ilmiy asoslangan xulosalar
berilgan.
