Annotatsiya.Ushbu maqolada bolalardagi turli qo‘rquvlarni bartaraf etishda
psixologik mashg‘ulotlarning o‘rni va samaradorligi o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot davomida
psixologik treninglar orqali bolalarning emotsional holatini barqarorlashtirish va
qo‘rquv darajasini kamaytirish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilindi. Eksperimental tadqiqot
natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, tizimli tashkil etilgan psixologik mashg‘ulotlar bolalardagi
qo‘rquvni sezilarli darajada kamaytiradi. Shuningdek, ushbu jarayonni samarali
boshqarish mexanizmlari ishlab chiqildi.
