ANNOTATSIYA: Ushbu maqolada bug‘doy (Triticum aestivum) o‘simligi
donining kimyoviy tarkibi, uning asosiy bioaktiv birikmalari (alkilrezorsinollar,
tokoferollar, fenol kislotalar va fitosterollar) xossalari batafsil tahlil qilindi.
Xomashyoni chuqur qayta ishlash jarayonida, xususan, bug‘doy murtagi va kepagidan
faol moddalarni maksimal darajada ajratib olish uchun an'anaviy (Sokslet apparati)
va zamonaviy (ultratovushli kavitatsiya, superkritik CO2) ekstraksiya usullarining
mexanizmlari qiyosiy o‘rganildi. Shuningdek, olingan ekstraktlarni yuqori samarali
suyuqlik xromatografiyasi (HPLC) va gaz xromatografiyasi (GC) usullarida tahlil
qilish imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan bo‘lib, kelajakda bug‘doy endospermi asosida
innovatsion shifobaxsh tovarlar olish istiqbollari belgilangan.
