AVTOSAMOSVALLARGA TA`SIR ETUVCHI KUCHLAR
Abstract
Karyer avtosamosvallari foydali tog’ jinslarini yoki bo‘sh tog’ jinslarini otvalga
yoki qabul qiluvchi bunkerlarga tashish uchun qo’llaniladi. Avtosamosval tog’
jinslarini tashiyotganda, yuklangan tog’ jinslari bilan tinch turgan holda ham tayanch
konstruktsiyalarda katta dinamik zo‘riqma bilan ta’sir qiladi. Yangi avtosamosvallar
karyerda butun ishlash davri davomida uning tayanch konstruktsiyasiga yuklashda 200
mingdan ortiq, yukni tushirishda esa 50 mingga yaqin dinamik kuchlar ta'sir etadi.
Tabiiyki, ko‘p tsiklli bo‘lganligi, yurish yo‘llarining o‘zgaruvchanligi natijasida metall
konstruktsiyalardagi yuklar mashinalarda charchoq jarayonlari, keyin esa yoriqlar,
deformatsiyalar va buzilishlarga yuzaga keladi. Avtosamosvalning ramasi eng kuchli
dinamik yuklarni qabul qiladi. Shuning uchun dinamik jarayonlarni o‘rganish
davomida avtosamosvallarga yuklash, tushirish va ularning asosiy tuzilishlari, xizmat
qilish muddatlari karyer avtosamosvallarini loyihalash va ishlatishning hozirgi
bosqichidagi eng muhim vazifalardan biri hisoblanadi.
