Annotatsiya: Ushbu ilmiy maqolada kasb tanlash fenomenining inson faoliyati,
ruhiy salomatligi, ijtimoiy statusi va shaxsiy kamoloti bilan bog‘liq o‘zaro aloqalari
tizimli ravishda tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda J. Hollandning shaxs-muhit muvofiqligi
nazariyasi, A. Maslouning o‘z-o‘zini realizatsiya qilish kontseptsiyasi va zamonaviy
mehnat psixologiyasi tendensiyalari integratsiya qilingan. Maqolada to‘g‘ri va
noto‘g‘ri kasbiy orientatsiyaning shaxsiyat destruksiyasiga hamda hayotiy
muvaffaqiyat trayektorasiga ko‘rsatadigan deterministik ta’siri ilmiy asoslab berilgan.
