Annotatsiya. Ushbu tadqiqotda oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini qadoqlashda
foydalanish uchun iste’mol qilinadigan ekologik bioplyonka olish va uning sifat
ko‘rsatkichlarini baholash o‘rganildi. Bioplyonkaning tashqi ko‘rinishi,
egiluvchanligi, qalinligi, namlikka chidamliligi va biodegradatsiya xususiyatlari tahlil
qilindi. Olingan natijalar bunday bioplyonkalar oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari xavfsizligini
ta’minlash hamda plastik chiqindilarni kamaytirishda istiqbolli yechim ekanligini
ko‘rsatadi.
