Abstract

Annotatsiya.  Mazkur  ilmiy  maqolada  zararlangan  tuproqlarda 
mikrobimassaning  kamayish  sabablari,  uning  tuproq  unumdorligiga  ta’siri  hamda 
mikrobimassani  qayta  tiklash  usullari  o‘rganilgan.  Tadqiqot  davomida  sho‘rlanish, 
kimyoviy  ifloslanish,  neft  mahsulotlari  va  og‘ir  metallarning  tuproq 
mikroorganizmlariga  salbiy  ta’siri  tahlil  qilindi.  Shuningdek,  organik  o‘g‘itlar, 
biologik preparatlar, siderat ekinlar va fitoremediatsiya usullarining tuproq biologik 
faolligini tiklashdagi samaradorligi baholandi. Tadqiqot natijalari organik va biologik 
usullar birgalikda qo‘llanganda tuproq mikrobimassasi, fermentativ faollik va gumus 
miqdori  sezilarli  oshishini  ko‘rsatdi.  Ilmiy  ish  natijalari  degradatsiyaga  uchragan 
tuproqlarni  tiklash,  ekologik  barqarorlikni  ta’minlash  va  qishloq  xo‘jaligi 
hosildorligini oshirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
