Abstract

 
Annotatsiya.  Diabetik  retinopatiya  qandli  diabetning  eng  muhim 
mikroangiopatik  asoratlaridan  biri  bo‘lib,  u  ko‘rish  o‘tkirligining  pasayishi  va 
nogironlikka olib keluvchi asosiy sabablardan hisoblanadi. Ayniqsa, 2-tur qandli diabet 
bilan kasallangan bemorlarda uning erta aniqlanishi kasallik oqibatlarini oldini olishda 
muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi o‘rta yoshdagi 2-tur qandli 
diabet bemorlarida diabetik retinopatiyaning tarqalish chastotasini aniqlash va uning 
klinik  xususiyatlarini  baholashdan  iborat  bo‘ldi.  Tadqiqot  Respublika 
ixtisoslashtirilgan endokrinologiya ilmiy-amaliy tibbiyot markazi Andijon filialida olib 
borildi.  Tadqiqotga  124  nafar  (248  ta  ko‘z)  2-tur  qandli  diabet  bilan  kasallangan 
bemorlar jalb etildi. Bemorlar orasida 55 (44%) erkak va 69 (56%) ayol mavjud bo‘lib, 
kasallik davomiyligi 1–12 yilni tashkil etdi. Bemorlar vizometriya, biomikroskopiya, 
oftalmoskopiya va tonometriya tekshiruvlaridan o‘tkazildi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, 
bemorlarning 98 (79%) tasida diabetik retinopatiya belgilari aniqlandi. Ularning 56 
(44%) tasida boshlang‘ich darajali noproliferativ diabetik retinopatiya, 40 (32%) tasida 
o‘rta darajali noproliferativ diabetik retinopatiya, 2 (2%) tasida esa og‘ir darajali nopro-
liferativ diabetik retinopatiya kuzatildi. 26 (21%) bemorda esa diabetik retinopatiya 
belgilari  aniqlanmadi.  Diabetik  retinopatiya  asosan  kasallik  davomiyligi  8–12  yil 
bo‘lgan bemorlarda ko‘proq uchradi. Tadqiqot natijalari o‘rta yoshdagi 2-tur qandli 
diabet  bemorlarida  diabetik  retinopatiya  yuqori  chastotada  uchrashini  ko‘rsatdi. 
Ayollarda  ushbu  patologiya  erkaklarga  nisbatan  ko‘proq  aniqlangani  kuzatildi. 
Kasallikning erta bosqichlaridan boshlab muntazam oftalmologik skrining o‘tkazish 
diabetik retinopatiyaning og‘ir shakllarini, ko‘rish pasayishi va ko‘rlik rivojlanishini 
oldini olishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi..
