O'SMIRLARDA SHAXSIY SIFATLAR NAMOYON BO'LISHIDA JAMOANING PSIXOLOGIK TA'SIRI
Abstract
Muammo dolzarbligi
O'smirlik davri (12–17 yosh) — shaxs rivojlanishining eng muhim va shu bilan
birga eng nozik bosqichi hisoblanadi. Bu davrda inson o'z identitetini shakllantiradi,
qadriyatlarni sinovdan o'tkazadi va kelajakdagi ijtimoiy xulq-atvor modellarini
o'zlashtiradi. Jamoaning — sinf, do'stlar guruhi, sport seksiyasi yoki to'garakning —
bu jarayondagi psixologik ta'siri son-sanoqsiz ilmiy tadqiqotlarda isbotlangan bo'lsa-
da, o'zbek ijtimoiy-psixologik muhiti kontekstida bu masala hali yetarlicha
o'rganilmagan.
Ushbu tezis o'smirlarda shaxsiy sifatlarning namoyon bo'lishida jamoa
omilining qanday rol o'ynashi, qaysi mexanizmlar orqali ta'sir ko'rsatishi va bu ta'sirni
ijobiy yo'nalishga burishning ilmiy asosli yo'llari mavjudligini ko'rib chiqishga
qaratilgan.
