Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada bir kovushli kon ekskavatorlarining elektr
yuritmalarini avtomatlashtirilgan boshqarish hamda kompyuter texnologiyalariga
asoslangan funksional diagnostika tizimlarini takomillashtirish masalalari ko‘rib
chiqilgan. Ekskavatorlarning qazish jarayoni, ishchi mexanizmlarining harakatini
muvofiqlashtirish va energiya sarfini kamaytirishga qaratilgan avtomatik boshqaruv
tamoyillari tahlil qilingan. Ko‘tarish, bosim va aylantirish mexanizmlarining elektr
yuritmalarini mikroprotsessorli kontrollerlar yordamida boshqarishning afzalliklari
yoritilgan. Shuningdek, elektr yuritmalarning texnik holatini real vaqt rejimida nazorat
qilish, nosozliklarni dastlabki bosqichlarda aniqlash va avariyaviy holatlarning oldini
olish imkonini beruvchi funksional diagnostika tizimining tuzilishi va ishlash
prinsiplari bayon etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari ekskavatorlarning ish unumdorligini
oshirish, energiya tejamkorligini ta’minlash hamda ekspluatatsion ishonchliligini
yaxshilashga xizmat qiladi.
