ANNOTATSIYA
Ushbu maqolada jigar fermentlari — alanin aminotransferaza (ALT), aspartat
aminotransferaza (AST), gamma-glutamiltransferaza (GGT), ishqoriy fosfataza (ALP)
va laktat dehidrogenaza (LDH) — ning biokimyoviy tabiati, qon zardobidagi me'yoriy
va patologik ko'rsatkichlari hamda klinik diagnostikadagi ahamiyati tahlil qilingan.
Fermentlar faolligini o'lchash jigar kasalliklarini erta aniqlash, kechishini kuzatish va
davolash samaradorligini baholashda muhim diagnostik vosita ekanligi ko'rsatilgan.
