ANNOTATSIYA
Ushbu ilmiy tezisda O'zbekistonning tog'li va tog'oldi hududlarida (Toshkent
viloyati, Bo'stonliq tumani) 4–5 yil mobaynida kontrolli agrotexnologiya asosida
yetishtirilgan Panax ginseng C.A. Mey ildizining kimyoviy tarkibi va biologik faol
moddalarining miqdoriy ko'rsatkichlari spektrofotometrik hamda xromatografik
usullar yordamida kompleks tadqiq etilgan. Mahalliy sharoitda o'stirilgan
namunalardagi ginsenozidlar, polisaxaridlar, aminokislotalar va mikroelementlar
tarkibi import xomashyosi bilan qiyosiy tahlil qilinib, O'zbekistonda sifatli jenshen
xomashyosi yetishtirish va farmakologik preparatlar ishlab chiqarish istiqbollari
asoslangan.
