Abstract

ANNOTATSIYA 
Ushbu  maqolada  O'zbekiston  kichik  va  o'rta  korxonalarida  (KOK)  mehnat 
unumdorligini oshirishning nazariy asoslari, hozirgi holati va strategik yo'llari ko'rib 
chiqiladi. Tadqiqotda ko'p omilli regressiya tahlili (R²=0,843) asosida raqamlashtirish 
va ta'lim darajasining unumdorlikka eng kuchli ta'sir ko'rsatishi aniqlandi. O'zbekiston 
KOK'larining  mehnat  unumdorligi  Germaniyadan  18,9  marta,  Qozog'istondan  5,1 
marta past ekanligi qiyosiy tahlil orqali isbotlandi. Texnologik innovatsiyalar, inson 
kapitali,  Lean  menejment  va  davlat  siyosatini  birlashtiradigan  integratsiyalashgan 
model taklif etildi — bu model 3–5 yil ichida 60–100 foizlik kümülatif unumdorlik 
o'sishini ta'minlashi mumkin.
