Abstract

ABSTRACT 
  Gematologik kasalliklar, xususan anemiya, leykemiya va limfadenopatiya butun 
dunyo bo‘ylab katta tibbiy va ijtimoiy ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu holatlar tez-tez bir-biri 
bilan bog‘liq holda namoyon bo‘ladi, bu esa ularning sindrom sifatida tahlil qilinishini 
talab  etadi.  Anemiya,  leykemiya  va  limfa  tuguni  kasalliklarining  etiopatogenezi, 
tasnifi, klinik ko‘rinishi, diagnostikasi va davosining zamonaviy tamoyillarini tizimli 
tahlil  qilish.  Adabiyotlarni  tizimli  tahlil  qilish  asosida  mavzuning  turli  jihatlari 
o‘rganilgan.  Morfologik,  etiologik  va  patogenetik  tasniflar  batafsil  yoritilgan. 
Anemiya patogeneziga ko‘ra uch asosiy guruhga (qon ketishi, qon hosil bo‘lishining 
buzilishi, eritrotsitlarning oshgan destruksiyasi) va morfologik xususiyatlariga ko‘ra 
uch  turga  (mikrositik,  normositik,  makrositik)  bo‘linadi.  Leykemiyalar  o‘tkir  va 
surunkali  hamda  miyeloid  va  limfoid  kelib  chiqishiga  qarab  farqlanadi. 
Limfadenopatiya neoplastik va noneoplastik sabablarga ega bo‘lib, uning differensial 
tashxisi  muhim  ahamiyatga  ega.  Ushbu  kasalliklarni  sindrom  sifatida  qarash 
diagnostik samaradorlikni oshiradi va davo taktikasini optimallashtiradi.
