Ushbu maqolada tibbiy sug'urta tizimining qadimgi davrdan zamonaviy
modellargacha bo'lgan tarixiy evolyutsiyasi xalqaro va mintaqaviy ilmiy adabiyotlar
asosida keng qamrovli tahlil qilindi. Maqolada tibbiy sug'urtaning kelib chiqishi,
Bismark modeli va Beveridzh tizimining paydo bo'lishi, umumiy sog'liqni saqlashni
qamrab olish (UHC) konsepsiyasining rivojlanishi, turli mamlakatlar — Yaponiya,
Niderlandiya, Ispaniya, Ruminiya, Eron, Nigeriya va O'zbekiston — tajribalari qiyosiy
ko'rib chiqildi. Ijtimoiy, iqtisodiy va siyosiy omillarning tibbiy sug'urta tizimlarining
shakllanishiga ta'siri baholanib, zamonaviy taraqqiy etayotgan modellarning
xususiyatlari tahlil qilindi. Maqola yakunida O'zbekistonda tibbiy sug'urtani joriy etish
jarayonining holatiga oid xulosalar berilgan.
